The following fees are payable in addition to indicated fares: $10 US per person port and security fee each way; $25 fuel surcharge for vehicles, $15 for motorcycles; $50 US cancellation fee within 48 hours of departure; $100 US no-show fee for vehicle bookings. Package bookings subject to certain terms and conditions.

Information to have on hand when booking
In order to book your spot easily and quickly, please have the following information on hand when calling or booking on line:
- full name of all travellers
- date of birth of all travellers
- citizenship of all travellers [if any traveller is a resident outside North America (Canada or U.S.), a passport number is required]
- preferred travel dates and times
- length and height of your vehicle (including any trailers)
- Plate number of vehicle (unless it is a rental)
